Do you know the difference between an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and a MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional)? If the answer is yes, then you could be writing for technicalcertifications.net. If the answer is no, then you’ve come to the right place. There are hundreds of technical certifications, or IT certifications, out there and it’s very difficult to know which ones are worth getting and which ones are merely money makers for the companies. At technicalcertiifcations.net, we hope to educate you on what each of the certifications are, what they are used for, whether or not you should get them, and how to study and train for them.
We don’t sell anything, we’re just here to help you get as much information as possible about the various certifications so you don’t waste your hard earned money, your company’s training dollars, or your valuable time.
Incidentally, an MCSE is a certification showing you have the skills necessary to design and implement infrastructures for Windows Server 2003-based solutions. An MCITP is for newer technologies, like Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008. The two are very similar, the MCITP is a certification for newer technologies. Many systems still operate well and good on Windows Server 2003 systems, though support for Windows Server 2003 will end on July 13th, 2010 and Windows Server 2000 will see end of life on that day as well.
Thanks for reading and we hope you learn a lot about whatever certifications interest you!
